Ascendview offers services to upgrade and maintain the WildMetrix Enterprise Software.
As new upgrades are released, Ascendview will perform the necessary upgrades to maintain
the WildMetrix deployment: Review of the data maintenance plan, proper configuration for
performance, and agent deployment.
Monitoring Coverage Review
Ascendview knows the importance of maintaining the effectiveness of IT solutions. With
WildMetrix, customers have peace of mind in the knowledge that critical
services are being monitored around the clock. Periodically, customers are encouraged to
review performance baselines, thresholds, alerting rules, and coverage in order to
assure business objectives are accomplished and maintained.
